The newsletter distribution with CleverReach and Sendgrid allows us to analyze the behavior of the newsletter recipient. The analysis shows, among other things, how many recipients have opened their newsletter and how often links were clicked in the newsletter. CleverReach and Sendgrid support conversion tracking in order to analyze whether a previously defined action, such as a product purchase, has taken place after clicking on a link.
